Returning of faulty goods
Occasionally an error may occur with our web site and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
If you wish to return faulty goods you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods, for a full refund or replacement. The product must be returned to us complete, including all packaging if possible. Please contact us before you return any products.
Any clothing that has been altered or made specifically for the buyer cannot be refunded. This includes but is not limited to: turning up of trousers to specified leg lengths, conversion of trousers into breeks and alternate methods of attaching the straps on breeks
Returning of unwanted goods
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned to us in its original form, unused and including all packaging if possible, and at your expense, whether or not packaged. We will refund the full cost of the item (not carriage costs) less 20% re-stocking fee, within 30 days.Please note that as stated above any clothing that has been altered or made specifically for the buyer cannot be refunded. Please contact us before you return any products.
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only although if a Product is in stock, we aim to send it out to you within 48 hours of your order. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within 21 days of order we will notify you by e-mail and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the courier, or any other third party.
While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we may, at our discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days or, in the case of an account customer, we may, in our absolute discretion, as soon as possible raise a credit to offset the amount invoiced to you.
Acceptance of goods
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within 7 days of delivery notify us of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with description or sample. The Buyer shall afford us an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery and before any use is made of them. If the Buyer shall fail to comply with these provisions the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the Contract and free from any defect or damage which would be apparent on a reasonable examination of the Goods and the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods within 7 days of delivery, we will (subject to availability) either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Any provision of these conditions which is void or unenforceable shall not affect any other provision of these conditions.
We shall be under no liability whatever to the buyer for any form of economic loss (including loss of profit, wasted expenditure, increased loss, loss of production or opportunity) whether the loss is a direct or indirect cost.
In the event of any breach of the terms and conditions by us the remedies of the buyer shall be limited to damages. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the price of the goods.
